CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

This agreement is located at Kazlıçeşme Mah. It is made between Vademecum, located at 245.Sok.No:5 Zeytinburnu/İstanbul, and you, who registered on the website www.vapi.co (hereinafter referred to as "User" in the Agreement), to enter into force on the date.

This confidentiality agreement; Storage of personal information, financial information and contact information requested from Users during the stages of initiation of membership and provision of Vademecum services and/or services in order to become a member of the application regarding Vademecum services offered to Users through the www.vapi.co site (hereinafter "Application"), It is concluded for the purpose of processing, sharing with third parties and regulating the conditions of use. The contents and services offered through the Vademecum Application have been developed for use in digital services developed/owned/mediated by the User.

The User declares that he/she accesses the Application as provided by Vademecum and uses the information he/she accesses only in the applications declared to Vademecum and accepts the following articles. Users who do not accept any or all of the Privacy Policy items below should not use the application.

  • In order to distinguish the User from other Users, Vademecum will obtain the User's name - surname, address, User mobile phone, User e-mail address and IP address information. If the user will register as a legal entity, the tax office, tax number and address information of the relevant institution will be obtained. The User agrees in advance that the data shared above may be disclosed/given by Vademecum to organizations or individuals resident in Turkey or abroad, official authorities, Vademecum's affiliated and related organizations, and that this information and records may be kept in Turkey or abroad. declares and accepts that it can be done.
  • User; If the personal data/special personal data shared with Vademecum belongs to him/her or if it does not belong to him/her; It accepts and undertakes that it is authorized to share the transferred data with Vademecum for processing within the scope of this agreement. If personal data/special personal data is shared with Vademecum without authorization, the User is solely responsible for any damages and penalties that may arise from this act.
  • The User, as the relevant person, can apply to the data controller Vademecum about himself in accordance with Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law; To learn whether personal data is processed or not, to obtain information about the activities and purposes of processing, to learn about third parties to whom the data is transferred at home and abroad, to request correction of data if it is processed incorrectly or incompletely, and to request compensation for this damage if it suffers damage due to unlawful processing, if the conditions are met. They have the right to request the deletion or anonymization of personal data and to object to the emergence of a result against them by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems.
  • Defined as personal data; Information such as name, surname, address, e-mail address, mobile phone number, etc. is processed in order to contact the User for marketing purposes about Vademecum services and services, to update the information and manage and maintain the membership, and to recommend products and services that may be of interest to the User. From the moment the member registration form is filled and approved to become a member of the application, unless otherwise requested, informative e-mails regarding Vademecum services and/or services will be sent to your e-mail address and/or mobile phone. The user has the right to contact us at any time and request to be removed from our information list in order not to receive these e-mails.
  • Every transaction made by the user and the application declared to Vademecum within Vademecum applications is logged together with various data (ip, referrer, time, statistics of the information the user accesses from the application, cookies, etc.) and the records are kept confidential.
  • The collected data may be used by Vademecum for the following purposes: To determine and analyze the user profile, to develop the application content according to the requests and needs of members and users, to provide in-application promotion, to keep statistics of the information used and to share it with third parties/institutions.
  • The application is open to sponsorships. The user cannot complain about the promotions that will be included in the application. Each promotion is the responsibility of the relevant sponsor company. Vademecum does not bear any responsibility for the content of the advertisement used.
  • The User can only use the Application by accessing it through his/her own application declared to Vademecum.
